AGREEMENT TERMS
Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance by Flower Gallery Sydney and its authorized personnel, at our absolute discretion. Should an offer be declined, Flower Gallery Sydney commits to fully refunding or canceling any received payments through the original payment method utilized for the transaction. The formalization of the contract between the customer and Flower Gallery Sydney is established upon the initiation of order processing by Flower Gallery Sydney.


DELIVERY DATES
During the checkout process on our website, customers are afforded the opportunity to select their preferred delivery date for their order. Flower Gallery Sydney is committed to exerting all reasonable efforts to accommodate the chosen date. However, please be advised that the ability to meet the selected date cannot be unequivocally guaranteed.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Should you need to modify your order or subscription, we kindly request that you reach out to our Customer Care team at info@flowergallerysydney.com.au. While we strive to accommodate last-minute changes, we can only assure modifications (including changes to the delivery address or card messages) if they are communicated to us at least 36 hours in advance.

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You possess the right to cancel single orders, provided that such cancellation is communicated to us no less than 36 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Under these conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund. Should the cancellation notice be given in less than the stipulated 36 hours, a refund will be issued only if the preparation of your order has not commenced at the time the cancellation notice is received. REFUND POLICY
At Flower Gallery Sydney, we are dedicated to procuring the finest flowers and products for our clientele. It is recognized that flowers, being perishable in nature, have varying lifespans influenced by factors such as type, seasonality, environment, and care.
The availability of flowers is subject to seasonal and market conditions, hence the finished products may not precisely mirror the images displayed on www.flowergallerysydney.com.au. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the potential for material discrepancies between the images and the actual products received.
Generally, you can anticipate your flowers to remain fresh for a period of 4-7 days, provided they receive proper care. To enhance the longevity of your flowers, we recommend the following steps:
Upon receipt, trim the stems at an angle, preferably under running water, and promptly place them in a vase filled with fresh water.
Use a clean vase and ensure it is filled with fresh water.
Monitor water levels regularly and replace the water entirely every two days.
Position the flowers away from direct sunlight.
Avoid exposing the flowers to drafts and air-conditioning.
Should you have concerns about the freshness of the flowers within 3 days of delivery, we encourage you to contact us at 0434 047 777 or info@flowergallerysydney.com.au. Flower Gallery Sydney may request photographic evidence of the original flowers and, for quality assurance, might seek to collect the original flowers. Please note, a redelivery or replacement of flowers is contingent upon the retention of the original flowers or the provision of images.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment. Please be aware that electronic refunds may necessitate up to 5 business days for processing.
