Generally, you can anticipate your flowers to remain fresh for a period of 4-7 days, provided they receive proper care. To enhance the longevity of your flowers, we recommend the following steps:
Upon receipt, trim the stems at an angle, preferably under running water, and promptly place them in a vase filled with fresh water.
Use a clean vase and ensure it is filled with fresh water.
Monitor water levels regularly and replace the water entirely every two days.
Position the flowers away from direct sunlight.
Avoid exposing the flowers to drafts and air-conditioning.

Please note, a redelivery or replacement of flowers is contingent upon the retention of the original flowers or the provision of images.
